 Jiggins used to get up early in the morning and took a bath with cold water.  He believed that cold bath would open the pores of his body.  After that, he took a hot bath.  He said that it would close the pores.  Then he used to stand and breathe before an open window for half an hour before dressing.  He said that it would expand his lungs.  Then he used to lift himself up like a dog and do Sandow exercises.  In his free time at office, he used to lie down on his belly on the floor and tried to lift himself up.  He spent his lunch break in this way in the evening, he used root to lift iron bars and pull himself up to the ceiling with the help of his teeth.  During this exercise, he used to make a loud noise which could be heard from half a mile.

Jiggins spent half the night in slinging himself around his room.  He believed it would clear his brain.  After this exercise, he went to bed and slept.  He got up early in the morning and began to clear his brain again.  In spite of all these tough and long exercises, Jiggins died at an early age.  The writer says that liggins was the first man to start tough and long exercises to enjoy good health and long life.  But he could not succeed in his aim.😌😕

We should not get up too early in the morning.  We should get up ten to thirty minutes before our office time.  We should not think about ozone.  We don't need a bath, especially a cold bath.  We should not be afraid of germs because they are quite harmless.  If any germ comes into our room, we should hit it hard with our hat or towel. The writer tells us in a funny way that he had friendship with a bacilli.  Its name was Fido or Robert.  It was run over by a car and the writer buried it in his garden.
